Shipping Policy
Rodeojewellers.com offers Standard or Priority Overnight shipping through Fedex. All orders will have a tracking number and insurance, but the tracking number will not be provided to the Client for any shipped items. Clients may always inquire directly for shipping updates, which we are happy to provide.
Any order over $1000.00 CAD pre tax is eligible for free shipping. Orders below $1000.00 CAD are charged a flat shipping rate of $65 plus tax. If multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, the orders will be combined and shipping fees will be adjusted, unless otherwise requested by the Client.
Shipping is currently only available within Canada. International orders taken from outside of Canada will be declined.
Rodeojewellers.com only ships orders where the shipping address and the billing address match.
Please note; Rodeojewellers.com reserves the right to refuse shipping to any order.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
